Please note: The majority of our drives test at 90% health or better, however,
these are used drives
and any testing procedures showing the hard drive's health or performance at 70% or better is considered as “passed". While minimal, this does mean that some drives
may
have a few reallocated or damaged sectors, read errors, etc. These drives can still have many years of life left and will not be considered a warranty issue.
Hard Drive is ready for you to initialize, format, and load your Operating System (i.e. Windows).

Shipping
We will only ship to the confirmed address provided on the PayPal payment. We ship most of our items via UPS Ground to the lower 48 continental United States. If it is more cost effective, we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion. We do not ship directly to anywhere internationally. **See Global Shipping below**
Global Shipping
We do participate in eBay’s Global Shipping Program for some of our listings. We will ship these items to an eBay forwarding location within the U.S. EBay will then forward these items to the buyer’s location outside of the U.S. for a separate fee. We do not have information on the costs for Global Shipping.
Local Pickup
If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you when you arrive. Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. For local pickup our physical address is:

These items are tested before shipping and are warranted to be in working condition unless noted otherwise.
Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item MUST be packed in original shipping materials or similar for safe return.
If item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped or a full refund will be issued. If the item is found to be as described, we will refund the buyer less actual original shipping and return shipping costs.
If the item has been damaged in shipping, buyer should contact us via email to file a UPS damage claim.
