    Description

    PLEASE don't pay the invoice you'll get immediately from ebay.  It's only an estimate, and can be incorrect because it does not account for the final bid amount nor the item's destination.  Plainly put,  I can't ship a 0.00, five pound package from NJ to the West coast for .00, even though that's what might be on the eBay invoice.
    I'll send an invoice as soon as possible, and it will begin with a Hello!  I hope you'll wait to hear from me...your patience is much appreciated!
    I picked up this Murano clown candy dish at local estate sale, which was full of Murano art glass.  It's unmarked, but most piece at the sale had paper labels, so my guess is the label on this dish is long gone...This guy features a black top hat, yellow Bozo hair and a colorful collar.  His body is segmented and he sits right in the middle of the dish, creating a handle.  The dish is amber cased glass, has two pinched sides and a slightly scalloped edge.  It measures 6" high and 6 3/4" long.  The open bottom will show you the multi-colored "stem" reaching down from his head to the interior, and you'll also see a swirl of color in the glass.  I thought perhaps the one side of his collar was damaged, but upon close inspection, I can see the edge is finished and not sharp as it would be had it been damaged.  Otherwise, there are no chips, cracks or condition issues to note.  This is one of two Murano candy dishes I purchased, so take a look at my other auctions to see if you'd like to combine shipping on the pair!  Please make sure to read the entire listing before bidding.  Good luck and thanks for looking!
