This is a beautiful horse figurine called "Festival of Champions" by artist Janee Hughes, which is part of the Trail of Painted Ponies collection by Enesco.  This particular figurine is very patriotic, with striking red, white, and blue American flag as the base colors and various images of jockeys, Western cowboys, and other horse riding people from across history.  This figurine was released in 2010.  It is stamped on the bottom with the name of the figurine and the artist. No box or paperwork.
